Definition of a Running analysis: A Running analysis is the process of studying the method in which an individual walks or runs.

In viewing how the body moves as a whole the various factors leading to the cause of a particular chronic injury may be identified. |
Step 1: Injury history and training program evaluation
Step 2: Foot structure and current shoe analysis
Step 3: Full body functional muscle and joint testing
Step 4: Digital video recorded during barefoot walking and shoe running (or walking)

Methods for Running Correction
It is important that a runner/walker understand how and why they move the way they do before effective change can take place.
